The banner on the right of the chancel in the main sanctuary is the official symbol of the Shalom congregation program of which the congregation is a participant. The white dove, with an olive branch in its beak, representing shalom, is seen against the background of a blue cross. As a congregation, we are striving to make God's vision of shalom a reality in our world through the living of the Gospel of love, grace, peace and justice.
