Children and Youth Programs

Young people are not the future church - they are a part of the present church. They have their own unique needs and gifts as a part of this community. We value their presence and participation in our congregation, and seek to educate them toward life-long growth in a life of serving Christ and the world around them. Our programs help to integrate the experience of faith into everyday life and relationships. We desire to involve adult members and youth together in this spiritual journey. This involves both structured programs and interpersonal involvement.

LOGOS

LOGOS is our primary formation program for young people K-12.

Boys and Girls Club

We host a site of The Boys and Girls Club on our church building's fourth floor (which includes the gym). The Club is open for school-age children Monday through Friday afternoons during the school year, as well as during the day in the summertime. The Club is open most days that school is closed, and is operated by paid staff as well as volunteers. Children coming to the center do such things as learn computer skills, work on homework, play games, and exercise in the gym. There is a fee to participate but scholarships are also available.
